The bar (10) has a hole (11) provided at a horizontal upper surface (13) for inserting and housing of an implant. An opening (12) with reduced diameter positions an osteosynthesis screw. The hole and the opening include a direction approximately perpendicular to the upper surface. The hole includes a diameter ranging between 2.5-3mm, 2.6-2.9 mm or 2.7-2.8 mm. A flat surface forms a stop for the implant within the hole. The hole includes a lower extension (15) under a horizontal lower surface (14) of the bar. An independent claim is also included for a kit for installation of dental prosthesis.
