The device (D) has an insert (IM) comprising a front face (FV1) and a rear face (FR1) from which an axial through-hole (TA) is emerged to receive a threaded rod of a screw (V). The screw includes a rear end (ER) to be screwed in a threaded hole (TF) to attach the insert with a part (P2). The insert includes a male type protuberance (MC1) at the rear face to cooperate with a groove (MC2) defined on a front face (FV2) of the part so as to prohibit movement of the insert relative to the part in a plane perpendicular to that of the axial hole. An independent claim is also included for an anti-displacement units fastening system for a car.
