The device has a control assembly (3) mounted between a receiving hole (14) and a support plate (12). The control assembly is engaged with a movable shaft (21) of a solenoid device (2). The assembly includes a control unit (31) defining two cut-outs (32, 33), respectively at sides of the control unit. The control unit includes two blocking portions (34, 35) at its ends. A lever forming assembly (4) is mounted in holes (15) of a base plate (1), and includes a lever (41) equipped with an insertion part (43) i.e. projection, for insertion with the control unit.
