PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a flame-retardant construction panel with styrofoam granules and a flame-retardant construction panel manufactured thereby are provided to improve soundproof, heat insulating, and dew condensation preventing effects. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flame-retardant construction panel with styrofoam granules is as follows: Suspension with 20-25% salinity is produced by mixing 5-10 wt% of pine resin, 5-10 wt% of glue, 3-5 wt% of sodium hydroxide, and 50-65 wt% of water. A paste mixture is prepared by mixing 80-96.8 wt% of magnesium oxide, 3-5 wt% of zeolite, and 0.2-0.5 wt% of methothyl based on the total weight of the suspension. The paste mixture is mixed with styrofoam granules and 20-40 wt% of perlite. The mixture is put into a molding frame and is molded. After 3-4 hours, the molded article is separated from the molding frame. The separated article is hardened for 1-2 days and is cut in a desired shape.
