FRESH WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR OFFSHORE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A water supply system for an offshore structure is provided to supply a proper amount of water according to needs by respectively installing a hardware booster pump and a soft water booster pump while separately arranging a hard water supplying pipe and a soft water supplying pipe in a storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A water supply system for an offshore structure comprises a fresh water generator(10), a remineralization device(20), a storage tank(30), and a distributing device(40). The fresh water generator receives seawater and produces fresh water. The remineralization device remineralizes the fresh water produced in the fresh water generator to produce hard water. The storage tank stores the hard water produced in the remineralization device. The distributing device distributes water to directly supply part of the hard water in the storage tank and to supply part of the hard water after changing to soft water. The distributing device comprises a hard water supplying pipe(42), a hard water booster pump(44), a soft water supplying pipe, and a softening filter(46). The hard water supplying pipe is connected with the storage tank, and the hard water booster pump is installed in the hard water supplying pipe.
