The device has an obturating cover body arranged around all types of vertical embedded or mortise locks until edges of the cover body are maintained in a back part of holding fixtures. The holding fixtures are positioned by grooves or notches. The grooves or notches are formed on circumference of a back part of the cover body. A hole is formed in the cover body, where shape of the hole is similar to shape of a cylinder lock arranged on a rigid plate.
