<p>Disclosed are a method and device for service disaster tolerance protection. The method comprises the following steps: configuring a master service for a user port, and configuring backup services of one or different priorities; and by using the master service and the backup services, performing a disaster tolerance protection on a voice service of the user port. When the master service of the user port experiences a fault or channel congestion, the present invention allows for a switchover to the backup services to perform the disaster tolerance protection, thereby continuing to provide the voice service, thus preventing the occurrence of a service disconnection, and enhancing greatly user experience. In addition to improved quality of service, the feature of multiservice access allows for the provision of a multiple numbers on one machine service to the user.</p> |
