The selection of a construction timing beneficial in cost terms while preserving the health of a wind power generator is desirable. A repair cost estimated value, being a time-series estimated value of the cost of repair from the time that an error occurs in a windmill component, is calculated for when the windmill operates at a first output and when the windmill operates at a smaller second output. A power sales income estimated value, being a time-series estimated value of the power sales income of the windmill, is calculated for the first output and the second output. The repair cost estimated value and the power sales income estimated value are referred to, and the income and expenditure from the time the error occurred until repair of the component is calculated and output for a plurality of repair times, for operation at the first output and operation at the second output. The output and repair timing that provide the optimum income and expenditure can be known. |
