[Problem] To provide a cell analyzer whereby an operator can easily and highly accurately analyze cells. [Solution] A cell analyzer comprising: a flow cell through which a cell-containing sample flows; an image pick-up unit which picks up an image of cells contained in the sample that is flowing in the flow cell; a cell image memory unit which stores the cell image picked up by the image pick-up unit; a light source which irradiates the sample that is flowing in the flow cell with light; a light-receiving unit which receives the light from the cells that are irradiated with light by the light source and outputs a signal depending on the amount of the received light; a wave pattern data memory unit which stores data showing a change in the amount of the received light, said data being obtained on the basis of the signal thus output; a display; and a controller which controls so as to allow the display to display the cell image, a graph showing a wave pattern of the data of the cells contained in the cell image and/or a marker corresponding to the data.
