The wrap-around skirt (1) has two mutually overlapping side edges (11,12). The former side edge has two mounting elements (21) and the latter side edge has a corresponding another mounting element (22) for the skirt closure device. The skirt closure device is provided for changing the waist width of the skirt at a waistband (5). Two spaced mounting elements (31) are provided in an accessory-mounting device. The accessory-mounting device is provided for detachable mounting of an accessory (4). The mounting element is spaced in waistband direction. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an accessory for releasable attachment on the outer side of the wrap-around skirt; and (2) a set with a wrap-around skirt.
