PURPOSE: A removing method of impurities from organic materials using vacuum batch distillation, and an apparatus for the same are provided to cost effectively remove impurities from organic materials in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A removing method of impurities from organic materials using vacuum batch distillation includes a distillator(1), a liquid heater(9), a net-shaped vapor heater(10), and a gas-liquid separator(2). The liquid heater is installed at the lower part of the distillator and heats liquid. A vapor heater is installed at the upper part of the distillator and heats vapor. The vapor heater is filled with a catalyst, an absorbent, or the mixture of the same. The gas-liquid separator collects liquid, catalyst, absorbent powder, or the mixture of the same through the vapor heater and returns the collected product to the distillator.
