摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a negative active material is provided to reduce process time by simplifying production process and to provide a negative electrode active material capable of obtaining excellent capacity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a negative active material comprises: a step of mechanically pulverizing and alloying mineral particles which comprises a silicon dioxide, a pre-treatment step of heat-treating the mineral particle. The mineral is one or more selected from a group consisting of feldspar, kaolin, pyroxene, fayalite, and pyroxene. The mechanical pulverization and alloying are conducted by ball-milling. The average particle diameter of the silicon in the negative electrode active material is 100 nm or less. The negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery comprises silicon dioxide.
