HYBRID ORGANIC-INORGANIC MEMBRANE AND THE FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic composite membrane of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) and ally-heptacyclopentyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes(AHPOSS), and a fabrication method of thereof are provided to improve the thermal and chemical stability of a PDMS membrane. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of an organic-inorganic composite membrane of PDMS and AHPOSS includes the following steps: AHPOSS and sill guard 184 A are dissolved in an n-hexane mixture; the dissolved product is treated with ultrasound waves; the treated product is mixed with sill guard 184 B; 1-octene is added into the mixture; and the resultant product is treated with ultrasound waves until the resultant product becomes a homogeneous solution.
