Disclosed are a substrate manufacturing method, a substrate and an LED type lighting lamp apparatus having the same. The method for manufacturing the substrate comprises: a step (S200) of inserting a resin into a hopper of an extrusion molding device and guiding the resin to a heater unit provided at one side of the hopper to melt the resin through the heater unit; a step (S210) of extruding the melted resin to the outside using a molding unit provided at one side of the heater unit; a step (S220) of stretching the extruded resin into a shape of plate using rollers of a roller unit which includes one roller part and another roller part having a different rotational speed so as to form a plurality of small spaces within the resin; and a step (S230) of irradiating the plate-shaped resin having a plurality of small spaces with ultraviolet rays or electron beams so as to form a cross-link between molecular chains within the resin. The present invention enables the manufacture of a superior substrate which has a compact structure and can provide supporting, heat-resisting, and reflecting functions, and enables the application of the superior substrate to the LED type lighting lamp apparatus. Therefore, the LED type lighting lamp apparatus can provide supporting, heat-resisting and reflecting functions using the superior substrate. |
