<p>Provided is a coating film which exhibits excellent adhesiveness with a conductive layer and can be suitably used for uses in which excellent visibility and adhesiveness with regard to a hard coating layer and such are needed, examples of said uses including the transparent conductive film for the transparent electrode or the electromagnetic wave shielding film of a touch panel and such. A coating film having: a first coating layer formed on one surface of a polyester film and formed from a coating liquid containing a polyester resin and an oxazoline compound; and a second coating layer formed on the other surface of the polyester film and formed from a coating liquid containing a metal oxide and at least two types of cross-linking agents. The absolute reflectance of the surface of the second coating layer has one minimum value in the wavelength range of 400 to 800 nm and the absolute reflectance in the minimum value is 4.0% or more.</p>
