A method for provisioning call forwarding parameters including providing a dual-sided UICC between an interface between a primary subscriber identity module and a terminal of a mobile device, wherein the dual-sided UICC intercepts requests for communication from the primary SIM and determines whether a communications service should proceed with the dual-sided UICC or via the primary SIM; and detecting a change in location of the mobile device and providing at least one call forwarding parameter to the mobile device based on the change in location.
