Disclosed are a method and device for processing data. The method comprises: when the number of RS of a PUSCH at each slot is greater than one, performing an interleaving processing on to-be-reported UCI and/or data information on the basis of a channel structure of the PUSCH; bearing the interleavingly processed data onto an allotted PUSCH resource for transmission; the channel structure of the PUSCH referring to, comprised at each slot, the amount of SC-FDMA signals, the number of RS symbols, and the location of a SC-FDMA symbol where same is located. The present invention improves the performance in receiving the UCI information.
