PURPOSE: A method for treating a particle surface and a particle prepared by the same are provided to ensure the particle has an excellent magnetic property without surface treatment with silica(TEOS) or polyethylene glycol(PEG) and to enhance dispersibility of the particle in a fat soluble solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating a particle surface for enhancing dispersibility of particles comprises: a step of treating the particles with an acid(a); a step of mixing the acid-treated particles with a water soluble solvent to form a hydroxyl group(-OH)(b); and a step of mixing the particles containing hydroxy groups with a surface treatment containing an organic ligand which binds with the hydroxy group(c).
