A mobile terminal and a method, system for inputting network hot words into the mobile terminal are provided by the embodiments in the present invention. The method includes: a server downloads the hot word when detecting that a new hot word appears in the Internet, and pushes the downloaded hot word to the mobile terminal (10); the mobile terminal receives and saves the hot word pushed by the server (11); when a user inputs word information, the mobile terminal compares the word information with the saved hot words (12); if there is a hot word matching with the word information, the word information is replaced automatically by the hot word corresponding to the word information and the hot word is displayed, and the hot words correlative to the hot word are displayed; if there is not a hot word matching with the word information, but there are hot words correlative to the word information, the hot words correlative to the word information are displayed (13).
