[Problem] To enable the power generated by a solar cell to be properly distributed for use in superimposition on the utility grid and charging. [Solution] A storage device includes a charging circuit connected to a power line of a power conversion device (3), which connects a solar cell (1) and the power conversion device (3), and raising or lowering a voltage of the DC power generated by the solar cell (1) to charge a battery (12) in the range of not exceeding a preset certain proportion of the DC power generated by the solar cell (1). The power conversion device (3) is configured so as to convert the DC power generated by the solar cell (1) to AC power and then superimpose the AC power on the utility grid.
