PURPOSE: An inorganic sludge selectively discharging apparatus with a swirl flow type contact growing method is provided to prevent the eutrophication of a water system from occurring by reducing the content of nitrogen compounds and phosphoric acid compounds in treated drainage into the water system. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic sludge selective discharging apparatus with a swirl flow type contact growing method includes a swirl flow type separating bath(1) and a contact growing bath(2). The swirl flow type separating bath is a reactor for swirling sludge and precipitating metal salt crystals from inorganic components in the sludge. The contact growing bath is connected to the swirl flow type separating bath for receiving inorganic sludge, which is settled in the swirl flow type separating bath, to generate metal salt crystals.
