PURPOSE: An oil pump is provided to uniformly deliver oil by preventing the vortex of the oil and cavitation and forming a groove in a space between an outer surface of an inner rotor and an inner surface of an outer rotor. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump(100) comprises an outer rotor, an inner rotor(140), a first oil valve chamber(114a), a second oil valve chamber(114b), and an anti-vortex groove(160). The outer rotor is rotationally installed in a body(110), and comprises a rotary chamber inside. The inner rotor is eccentrically installed to the outer rotor, and rotated by the driving shaft of an engine. A plurality of vanes(144) are radially connected to the outer surface of the inner rotor. One end of the vane is in contact with the inner surface of the outer rotor to supply oil to a supply line. The first oil valve chamber supplies the pressure of the oil to the outer rotor to change the position of the outer rotor. The second oil valve chamber supplies the pressure of the oil supplied from the first oil valve chamber to a spring support unit(122) to change the position of the outer rotor. The anti-vortex groove prevents cavitation noise caused by the vortex of the oil when the oil is supplied.
