PURPOSE: A digital timer, an electric device including the timer, and an electric device including a program for the digital timer are provided to permanently and automatically control the operation and stoppage of a corresponding electric device. CONSTITUTION: A digital timer(100) includes an input unit(110), a storage unit(130), and a control unit(150). The input unit inputs a pause time and a continuous time of a corresponding electric device. The storage unit stores the pause time and the continuous time. The control unit determines the excess of the continuous time of a power supply time when power is supplied to the device. If the power supply time exceeds the continuous time, the power is blocked.
