PURPOSE: A water heat source heat pump system using water switching and refrigerant switching is provided to improve cooling/heating performance of a water heat source heat pump by making heat exchange of a water side and a refrigerant side surely be done in a counter flow manner. CONSTITUTION: A water heat source heat pump system using water switching and refrigerant switching consists of a compressor(10), a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, an expansion valve, multiple first and second three-way valves(162a,162b), multiple third and forth three-way valves(172a,172b), multiple fifth and sixth three-way valves(182a, 182b), and multiple seventh and eighth three-way valves(192a,192b). The first three-way valve of a water inlet pipe is connected with the fifth three-way valve of a heat water source inlet using a first circulation pipe(164), and the second three-way valve of a water inlet pipe is connected with the sixth three-way valve of a heat water source inlet using a first circulation pipe(166). The first three-way valve of a water outlet pipe is connected with the seventh three-way valve of a heat water source inlet using a third circulation pipe(174). In cooling or heating operation, a refrigerant from the compressor is always circulated toward the first heat exchanger, the expansion valve, and the second heat exchanger.
