Provided are: a multiplexer for voltage measurement capable of suppressing increases in circuit surface area while enabling high-precision voltage measurement even when an input voltage higher than the power supply voltage is applied; and a voltage meter comprising same. The multiplexer comprises: a first switch (SA1) disposed in a first path (P1) between at least one input terminal (Tn) for high voltage and an output terminal (TO1); a plurality of second switches (SB0-SBn-1) disposed at each input terminal in a second path (P2) between each input terminal other than the input terminal (Tn) for high voltage and the output terminal (TO1); and a third switch (SC1) disposed between the plurality of second switches (SB0-SBn-1) and an output terminal-side end of the first switch (SA1). The first switch (SA1) and the third switch (SC1) are configured so as to operate at a higher voltage than the power supply voltage (VBAT).
