PURPOSE: A fan shroud assembly is provided to improve durability as a register assembly is effectively cooled and cooling air smoothly flows through an air passage part. CONSTITUTION: A fan shroud assembly(1) comprises a shroud(100), a cooling fan(200), a fan motor(400), and a register assembly(300). The cooling fan is mounted on the vent hole(110) of the shroud. The fan motor is mounted on the shroud to operate the cooling fan. The register assembly is mounted on the shroud, and controls the speed of the fan motor. The air circulation part of a register mounting unit(500) is stepped lower than a surface of the shroud so that air flows into the cooling fan from the register mounting unit.
