A fluorescent powder layer (3) comprising a fluorescent plate adhesively formed by a fluorescent powder and an adhesive agent. The fluorescent plate comprises an obverse face and a reverse face. The fluorescent powder layer also comprises particles (31), and is fixedly connected to the obverse face and/or the reverse face of the fluorescent plate. Also provided in the present invention are a fluorescent component, a corresponding light source, a projection system, and a method for manufacturing the fluorescent powder. The fluorescent component prevents adhesion between the fluorescent powder and substrates (1 and 2) thereof in high temperature conditions.
