<p>Provided is an excellent compact propeller windmill which is capable of generating electricity efficiently even when the wind speed is low, and with which the windmill is not damaged in strong winds. In addition, the directionality of the wind vane of the fundamental blade can be ensured in a stable manner, and the environmental load is small. A blade having a corrugated wing shape is cantilever-supported via an elastic body, and the material of the blade and the elastic body is paper or plastic. Furthermore, to ensure the directionality of the wind vane of the fundamental blade in a stable manner, a wind vane stabilization mechanism is arranged behind the fundamental blade.</p> |
