The arrangement has a housing, a housing-fixed valve seat (8) and a movable valve-closure part (12) working together with the valve seat. A heating device comprises an electrical eddy current generator and an optical heating element i.e. infrared radiator. The housing is partially made from heat-conducting material and provided with a heat-conducting surface. The valve seat is connected with the housing in a gas-tight manner. The closure part runs in a guiding part (13) of the housing, and adjusted by a servo motor e.g. electric magnet, pneumatic cylinder of hydraulic cylinder.
