The garage protector (1) is provided as a tape whose rear end (6) is fixed at lower edge of a closed rear locking element (2), and front end (7) is suspended or tensioned at locking element, according to motor vehicle width. The cutout portions are provided for locking the hood (5) by the locking element. Elastic tension cables (12) are stretched with heel portions. Several reinforced holes are formed along the edge of the tape. The hook of the tension cables is attached to the lower edge of the vehicle. The tape is stretched according to the width of the cabin area.
