PURPOSE: A composition containing lysophosphatidylcholine or an analog thereof and antibiotics is provided to enhance immunity to or treat bacterial infectious diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing immunity to or treating bacterial infectious diseases contains lysophosphatidylcholine of chemical formula 1 or an analog or chemical formula 2 and antibiotics. Lysophosphatidylcholine contains an isomer. A method for enhancing immunity to or treating bacterial infectious diseases of animals, excluding humans, comprises: a step of administering the antibiotics to an individual; and a step of administering lysophosphatidylcholine or analog thereof to the individual.
