The present invention relates to an apparatus for painting an outer wall of a building using a multiple spraying process, which is installed on an outer wall of a high-rise building and enables painting work for an outer wall of the building to be automatically carried out through multiple spraying while moving horizontally or vertically. The apparatus comprises: an elevating wire of which one end is fixed to an upper portion of the building and the other end is hung vertically toward a lower portion of the building; a drum around which a free end of the elevating wire is wound; a working ladder on which a motor for rotating the drum is mounted to move up and down along the elevating wire according to a rotational direction of the motor, and which is horizontally installed on the outer wall of the building; a paint supplier mounted on the working ladder and storing paint; a plurality of paint sprayers mounted on one side of the working ladder, and spaced apart in parallel by a predetermined distance so as to receive the paint supplied from the paint supplier and to spray the paint onto the outer wall of the building; and a controller for controlling the operation of the working ladder and the paint sprayer.
