The present invention relates to a steering wheel having a self-regulating sheet-type heating element, wherein the temperature can be accurately controlled within a particular temperature range and power usage is reduced due to low heat loss. The steering wheel according to the present invention comprises: a boss connected to a steering axle; a circular rim; a spoke for connecting the boss and the rim; a self-regulating heating element (SR heating element), which is disposed on the outer side of the rim, formed from a hardened paste mixture of an electrical resistance material, an insulation binder and a temperature control material, generates heat with supplied power, and self-regulates the temperature so that the temperature is uniformly maintained within a defined range; a power source for supplying power to the SR heating element; and a control part for controlling the operation of the SR heating element. |
