A composition is described which comprises the association of a phyto-extract from Melissa officinalis, a methylamide, preferably L-carnitine, and a nucleotide and/or nucleoside source such as, preferably, polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN), oligonucleotides, polyribonucleotides, which resulted effective in the treatment of primary and secondary cephalalgias, including migraine. |
