<p>The air conditioner has a heating-water circuit which comprises a water-side acting electric heating module, a circulating pump and an air-side acting heat exchanger (22). An air distribution chamber (15) is arranged downstream the heat exchanger. The air conditioner has a bypass (13), by which cold air is conducted to the heat exchanger, and whose outlet opening is arranged in close range of an end edge.
