<p>PURPOSE: A wireless switch device is provided to simplify a circuit configuration of a receiver by extracting a fine current using a triac in a switch driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A receiver unit includes a wireless signal receiver and a central processing unit(120). The central processing unit generates a load driving signal to supply or block power to or from a load. A triac(T1) outputs a fine current to a gate by connecting a gate to an anode. A first zener diode(ZD2) and a second zener diode(ZD3) convert the fine current outputted through a gate terminal of the triac to a constant current. A first switching transistor(Q3) and a second switching transistor(Q4) perform a switching operation according to the operation of a first photo coupler(U1) and a second photo coupler(U2).</p> |
