The invention relates to a dressing (20, 30) including two sections joined together along a plurality of the edges thereof so as to form a pocket (11) that is open on one side, each section (20, 30) having two opposite main surfaces, i.e. an adhesive surface (25, 35) and a non-adhesive surface (26, 36). The dressing (10) has an initial flat configuration, in which the two sections (20, 30) are placed one on top of the other, in which the non-adhesive surfaces (26, 36) of the sections define the inner surface of the pocket (11), and in which the adhesive surfaces (25, 35) of the sections define the outer surface of the pocket, said adhesive surfaces (25, 35) being covered by at least one removable protector (305). The dressing (10) is sufficiently deformable so as to be turned inside out, from the initial configuration thereof to a concavo-convex use configuration in which the adhesive surfaces (25, 35) define a concave inner surface and the non-adhesive surfaces (26, 36) define a convex outer surface. |
