摘要 <p>The invention relates to the field of the generation of autonomous electrical energy by means of the artificial production of an incident flow of gas or liquid onto a power module (turbine) using a cylindrical and a conical deflector. The power module spins, compresses the air flow and directs the air flow onto the working surface of a rotor with no blades or small blades. The rotor is designed in such a way that a reactive effect is produced on the working surfaces thereof. This improves the characteristics of the turbine. In the proposed method for generating electrical energy, use is made of the moment of inertia and the kinetic and potential energy of the flow, as well as a dedicated electric drive. The efficiency of the method is no less than 50%, 75% with a decreased consumption of traditional fuel and a reduction in CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.</p>
