The anchor system (1) has a circumferential groove (12) arranged on a distance sleeve (11). An expansion bolt (3) is connected to another expansion plug (4) through the distance sleeve. An expanding screw (5) has a threaded portion for screwing into the former expansion bolt and a collection portion (13) is provided for expanding the latter expansion bolt. The collection portion is expanded in diameter relative to the threaded portion. The circumferential groove is helical in shape, and is extended over a part, particularly over the axial length (L-1) of the distance sleeve.
