PURPOSE: A titanium oxide nanotube manufacturing method using anodization within an aqueous electrolyte solution is provided to enhance bonding strength and length of the nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A titanium oxide nanotube manufacturing method comprises the following steps: pre-processing an anode substrate through a chemical mechanical process, a degreasing process, and an etching process(s100); preparing a cell including an anode substrate, a cathode substrate, a reaction bath made of a plastic material, and an aqueous electrolyte solution(s200); and anodizing by applying voltage to the cell(s300). The water-soluble electrolyte includes water, hydrogen fluoride, and phosphoric acid. The concentration of the hydrogen fluoride is 0.1-0.5 molarity, and the concentration of the phosphoric acid is 0.1-10 molarity. The temperature of the water-soluble electrolyte is 0-25 deg. Celsius.
