In order to prevent a situation in which a feeder circuit in a feeder circuit switching apparatus transitions to a given connection relationship, and the feeder circuit switching apparatus stops functioning, the feeder circuit switching apparatus is provided with: an instruction acquisition unit for acquiring a feeder circuit switching instruction for specifying the connection relationship of the feeder circuit; a switching execution unit for switching the connection relationship of the feeder circuit according to the feeder circuit switching instruction acquired by the instruction acquisition unit; and a switching controller for controlling the switching of the connection relationship of the feeder circuit in the switching execution unit.
