The inverter (200) converts an alternating-current voltage from an alternating-current power supply (400) connected via the switching unit (220) to a direct-current voltage through use of an H-bridge circuit (40) included in the inverter (200), and supplies the direct-current voltage to a direct-current power supply unit (100) via a direct-current bidirectional converter (120) and a channel (102) of a power supply system (140).
