The refrigerating apparatus (1) has heat-insulated inner containers (2, 2a, 2b) with storage spaces (3, 3a, 3b) for cooled products. The door panels (4a,4b) are provided for opening and closing the storage space. A shelf (9) is arranged in storage space and is provided with a front edge portion which is adjustably mounted with separation device for dividing the shelf into two storage areas of variable sizes. The two holding portions are provided for holding the separating device on top or bottom side of the shelf.
