The balun i.e. three chamber-balun (5), has power transformers (10, 15, 20) with two transformer sides that are formed with identical number of windings for same voltage drops (U) according to amount. The sides are arranged at a common non-ferritic winding carrier and arranged together as flux-supporting air coils. The sides are formed with a common conductor, where the balun is formed for 1:4 impedance conversion and for frequencies of larger/same 5 Mega Hertz and/or smaller/equivalent 500 Mega Hertz. The transformers are parallel to each other and connected in series at an output side.
