PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for controlling synchronism-check relay are provided to enable a work to decide whether to use conditions for synchronism and CB(Circuit Breaker) status input, and generate synchronism-on signals if the conditions are satisfied. CONSTITUTION: A first load(310) and a second load(312) operate by power respectively supplied through a first system(300) and a second system(302). A first voltage trans(320) and a second voltage trans(322) drop the voltage level of each power supplied from the first and second systems. A first low-voltage relay(330) and a second low-voltage relay(322) measure the voltage level supplied through the first and second systems by using each output voltage of the said first and second transes. A first breaker(340) is installed between the first system and the first load.
