PURPOSE: A one-way valve and a water supply device with the same are provided to simply couple a one-way valve to a booster pump by rotating a free rotating member. CONSTITUTION: A one-way valve comprises a pressure tank connector(25), a water supply pipeline connector(27), a pressure sensor coupler(29), a first valve body(11), a second valve body(13), a spool supporting member(15), a valve spool, a return spring(19), a connection member(21), and a free rotating member(23). The second valve body is thread-coupled to the first valve and has an internal space. Screw threads are arranged on both ends of the second valve body. The spool supporting member is arranged inside the first valve body and has a through-hole at the center thereof. The valve spool is fitted in the through-hole of the spool supporting member and opens or blocks a passage arranged in the second valve body. The return spring elastically supports the spool supporting member and the valve spool and returns the valve spool at an initial position. A screw thread is arranged on one end of the connection member to couple to a booster pump, a protrusion is circumferentially protruded from the other end of the connection member, and other passage is arranged inside thereof.
