PURPOSE: An underground complex structure is provided to remarkably reduce power consumption by enabling natural lighting through a wide area. CONSTITUTION: An underground complex structure comprises multiple indoor spaces(10), pedestrian passages(20), and ceiling panels(30). The indoor spaces are formed in an underground space and are used for various activities. The pedestrian passages connect the indoor spaces together. The ceiling panels form the whole or portions of the ceilings of the indoor spaces and the pedestrian passages and are composed of a tempered glass or synthetic resin material for transmitting and reflecting light.
