PURPOSE: In case a ground block constructs grounding resistance reduction materials in an underground earthed wire at the same time, which provides a grounding resistance reduction effect of about more than 35%. CONSTITUTION: A grounding rod(10) has a regular length. A screw thread is formed in both ends of the grounding rod. The conductive grounding resistance reduction materials(20) of a polyprism shape wrap the grounding rod. The conductive grounding resistance reduction materials are formed by conductive concrete. The both ends of the grounding rod are exposed to outside.
