The method involves storing a printed image in a storage (2a), where the printed image is recorded by a camera (4). The stored printed image is showed on two monitors (1, 5). Sections or partial regions of the printed image are recorded continuously using the camera. The stored printed image is sequentially-section-wise regenerated by the partial regions recorded by the camera. The sequentially-section-wise regenerated printed image is shown on the monitors. An independent claim is also included for a device for checking a printed image, comprising a camera. |
