349,886. Spring mechanism. COLLARO, C., 111, Sutherland Avenue, Maida Vale, and COLLARO, Ltd., Culmore Road, Peckham, both in London. Oct. 20, 1930, No. 31471. [Class 10.] A spring casing for motors such as are used in gramophones, and comprising two springs in series, consists of two cup-like members 1, 2 connected by pins 4 on the one engaging inclined slots or depressed grooves 5 on the other, so that the driving torque between the cups tends to force the pins down the slots and draw the cups together. The cup 1 has a portion 3 of increased diameter which overlaps the cups and forms a shoulder against which the edge of the cup 2 is forced. |
